Dr. Reddy is the Chief Surgeon and Director of IHF, at the Visakhapatnam Centre where he leads both surgical care and program management. With expertise in complex cleft lip and palate surgeries, including revision procedures, he ensures that children and families receive the highest standard of care at every stage—from diagnosis to follow-up.

In addition to surgery, Dr. Reddy is committed to training young surgeons, mentoring healthcare teams, and building outreach programs that connect patients from surrounding regions with life-changing treatment.
